Architecture
One exceptional and very attractive characteristic of the NEXT modular houses are the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. Other house styles with a flat roof are based on linear Bauhaus aesthetics, while houses with a hip roof convey a more traditional construction. All NEXT houses offer covered entrances and many have a sheltered terrace area. Inside, the construction, made of wooden frames and steel, allows for large spans and long visual axes, as there is no need for window lintels and ceiling beams, which would visually make the room appear smaller.
Furnishing
In addition to the standard silicone plaster with coloured accents, there are many options for customising the façade, from structural plaster to facade panels and wooden elements. Electric roller shutters serve as sun and privacy protection, and can also be combined with external blinds, if desired. The light-flooded interiors are completely move-in ready with white, smooth walls, which you can have individually coloured or decorated with modern wallpaper. There is vinyl flooring throughout the house, with high-quality wall and floor tiles in both the bathrooms and guest toilet, with modern sanitaryware and matching vanity units. High-quality interior doors, light switches and sockets enhance the house, as does the staircase of your choice. On request, we also offer the NEXT houses with a fully equipped kitchen.
Technology
The building technology in a NEXT house is designed to provide the lowest energy consumption and the maximum use of renewable energies. In addition to the air-water heat pump with underfloor heating and hot water storage, there is also the option of adding a photovoltaic system with battery storage. In addition, fresh air is constantly brought into the house via central living room ventilation with heat recovery, which is preheated through a heat exchanger using heat from the extracted exhaust air. Additional heat gains are achieved via the panoramic windows, so there is hardly any need for heating in spring and autumn in these highly insulated modular houses. An extensive Smart home system ensures additional comfort and security in every NEXT house and also helps to save energy.
